Receipt Inspection

Receipt inspection, also known as incoming inspection or incoming quality control (IQC), is a critical process in quality control that involves the examination and verification of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies as they are received from suppliers. This process ensures that incoming items meet predefined quality standards before they enter the production line, thereby preventing defective materials from affecting the overall manufacturing process.

Inprocess Inspection

In-process inspection, also known as in-process quality control (IPQC), is a crucial part of quality management in manufacturing. It involves the examination and verification of products at various stages of the production process to ensure they meet specified quality standards. This proactive approach helps identify and correct defects early, minimizing waste and rework, and ensuring consistent product quality.

Standard Room

A standard room, often referred to as a quality control room or inspection room, is a controlled environment within a manufacturing facility where products are inspected and tested to ensure they meet specific quality standards. This room is designed to provide optimal conditions for accurate and precise quality control measurements and inspections.

Final Inspection

Our well-trained and trained personnel in Quality Assurance department also take stringent quality checks of the finished goods before they are certified as ready to dispatch. We employ SQC – Statistical Quality Control to ensure that our Quality Assurance effort gives us minimal rejections and yet the output is all to the clients demand and within the permitted tolerances.

Laboratory

Lab Testing Facilities equipped with Spectrometer, Image Analyzer, Universal Testing Machine (UTM) for standard test bar, Brinell/Rockwell hardness testing machine, etc. The laboratory technicians are experienced and regularly trained for upgradations in new technologies as well as innovative tools.

The products are checked at every phase. The customers provide the specifications as well as standards and parameters. Our Quality Assurance staff add these parameters in to the system. They check the components as sample as well as 100% for total Product Quality Check.
